Usually once someone has arrived at an opinion, they have thought about it some and picked the one that made the most sense to them. They may not have thought it the whole way through, but there is some reasoning behind their idea. So when someone comes in with a conflicting idea, they assume the other person did not think their idea through because how could anyone not think like they do if their idea is the most reasonable. This of course angers them that someone who is more stupid (in their opinion of course) would be so haughty as to challenge their idea when it so obviously has reason behind it (again in their opinion). But learning to listen to others and their reasons is the way to real wisdom; they may have thought of something you haven't, or one of the two of you could help the other fine tune your idea by addressing some of their concerns (or yours) for the other person's idea.

People that get angry when someone has a different opinion is usually not very well educated.

You don't have to like or respect the person but it does absolutely no good getting angry.

The one with the opinion thought he was right UNTIL they were proved wrong. They have another fact that may be in conflict with their original thought. BUT it is hard to tell if they are mad at themselves for being ignorant or angry at the other person for making them look like idiots.

They get angry because they are not convinced of their own opinion and get afraid when it is challenged. If they had the conviction of their belief, they'd have the patience to explain without anger.

Several reasons, an inability to express themselves regarding conflicting opinions. An inability to accept opinions that conflict with their world view. They suffer from cognitive dissonance or cognitive rigidity. They have anger management issues. They are total assholes and just like to fight.

it fairly is rather an obtrusive line, yet frequently basically contains 2 words. it fairly is the version between: you're incorrect and that i've got faith you're incorrect. as quickly as we are only pointing out observations in keeping with our own ideals, it rather is extra respectful to state that. That way, you could say even though you like, and stay respectful, on a similar time as justifying the question. i could be completely satisfied for a Christian to declare to me: in accordance to my ideals, you may desire to discover God, in any different case He might punish you with Hell yet i could be downright indignant if the comparable Christian mentioned: you are going to Hell, vile ignorant Atheist the version is the comparable through fact the version between perception and actuality. no one is time-honored with of something authentic to disprove or tutor non secular positions. All we've is ideals and non ideals. Being judgemental is pointing out ideals as information and not ideals, extraordinarily whilst it contains yet somebody else's outlook. ((((hugs))))
