if it is a thick cut then grilled but if it is thin fried or else it will get to crispy for me...the answer is it depends on the cut

My William Maxwell Aitken pan is termed 'Rasher'.. and plies his commerce even as i think like a William Maxwell Aitken sandwich.. I have the same pan stated as 'Bangers' - I be you'll in no way wager what I prepare dinner in that one.. lol.!
