I guess it means that for some people homosexuality can be changed and for some people homosexuality cannot be changed.
If your argument is "Since SOME homosexuals can change their lifestyle, then ALL can" then I have to disagree.
Its an old logical fallicy: Moving from the specific to the general.
You would get your wrist slapped in a math or logic class for something as sophomoric as that.
Go to this site, buy this book, and THEN construct your arguments.

It means some people can be convinced to sublimate their true nature, or lie to themselves. I feel bad for them - imagine the trauma they must undergo ever day!
However, I do NOT feel sorry for the bigoted hypocritical 'christians' who pressure these people into such a hurtful decision. God makes people gay, and God doesn't make junk! Who are we to judge or disparage any of God's gifts?
