First off, to your other question about idiots: If there are any republican women on this website, obviously they are idiots, otherwise you wouldn't have had to ask the first question.
After all, you haven't found an intelligent one yet have you?
So, does that mean that there are no intelligent women republicans, or just none on yahoo answers? Personally I suspect both.
It would seem to me a republican woman would be anti-abortion, anti-stem cell research, anti-gay, anti-clean air, pro-war, pro-business, pro-republican.
If that's the case I doubt they would support Hilary Clinton.
If they did they would be an idiotic, sexist, pro-republican woman.

Oh yea...this I gotta see.

I doubt Hilary Clinton could win over many republicans but???
now if Oprah would run that would be a totally different story

I think Opera could do a better job than the current Prez is that's for sure.
And she could get votes from both sides of the aisle and maybe reduce the partisan bickering
just a thought

Initially I'd say "no."

But it depends on what their beliefs truly are. Today, it's hard to define a Republican or a Democrat. Most people on both sides tend to lean a little towards the other side. If a Republican woman listens to Hillary and believes what she says (that's the trick isn't it?) and supports her platform then she should vote with her conscience. If she does not believe what Hillary says or does not support her platform, she should vote for someone else.

However,

Republican women are naturally strong, independent thinkers. First of all, they don't succumb to the liberal slant of the media. It's easier to be a Democrat because that's how the media tells us we should all be... Republicans are demonized by the media. Not to mention it's more politically correct to be a Democrat... you never hear of them getting accused of being greedy, selfish or uncaring. Being a Democrat is really the easy way out. Also because it takes less thought... it's natural for people to WANT to see people have free childcare and free health insurance and financial support (ie. welfare) when they're poor. In our hearts we all want everyone around us to be happy and healthy and secure, right? That's human nature!

But Republicans don't stop thinking at the HEART. They let the issue keep bubbling up toward the BRAIN. When they're voting against seemingly positive initiatives and programs it's not because they don't want children to have food or cities to have better housing or families to have more money. They've just given it a lot of thought and realize that it's NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S JOB to provide those things. And that the more the government gives the less people will try for themselves and the more they will expect. Republicans expect communities and churches and non-profits to handle those issues. And Republicans give generously to support those causes. As do Democrats.

But Hillary offers up a careless assortment of proposed public programs aimed at fixing every social ill in America. I'm not sure if she honestly supports those programs or if she's just using those issues to elicit sympathy and increase voter approval. But let's say she actually does believe in these programs. They are detrimental to the social fabric. They're detrimental to the work ethic, to responsibility, to ambition and to achievement. The government should not be taking responsibility for people's individual needs because it breeds a culture of failure and entitlement. Not to mention people stop taking responsibility for anything in their lives. This means with each generation there will be more and more people who depend on the government, and will never learn how to fend for themselves. Ultimately Hillary is trying to fight natural selection. And any halfway educated person knows that's a losing game.

So either Hillary is an insult to her education... or she's a powermonger who'll do whatever she can and use whatever issues to her advantage to gain political imminence. Hell, her husband did it! She has to know the ultimate result of her policies... but apparently doesn't care. She'd rather destroy the U.S. than backpedal from the position she had to choose when she married Bill. If anyone paid attention, she was a Republican before that.

Should Republican women vote for Hillary?

Yeah right.

It is Opera! I love Opera, but I think Hillary Clinton cannot be elected or trusted. I hope in the future there will be a popular female candidate with integrity who can offer people that option. I just don't see it now. No to both Hillary and Condee!

Why would they. Just because it is a woman running should not make any difference. Women and men will make their decisions (hopefully) by picking the candidate who most represents their views. Saying Republican women should support Hillary just because she is a woman is like saying all black democrats should support JC Watts just because he is black. If you do not agree with the person you should not support them. I thought we were supposed to be over looking at what a person "is" and supposed to be looking at what they "are".

I will almost never support a woman for president. She would have to be DAM* good candidate. Women put way too much emotion into issues that should not be evaluated by emotion. You can't run a business or a government by emotion.

God forbid Hilary get any more influence.

She is: The Anti-Christ

It is absolutely STUPID to vote for someone just because their gender or race is the same as yours.

There's a whole bunch of 50 year old white men that I don't want in office.

Hilary will remove your First Amendment Right to free speech.

That will be right after she gets rid of my Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

Just Say NO to Hilary, Janet Reno, Ferraro and other psycho women like that.

NOW, Condi Rice !! I'm all for that lady, She has it down.

Go, Condi !!!

Not necessarily.

You should not support a candidate because of gender, race, or party affiliation. You should support a candidate based on their voting histories (if they are the incumbent) and their political views.

They should, but they won't. To me as a European it's totally mysterious why so many people are so afraid of her. All that hate seems to me really engendered by fear. May be a lot of Americans are just not independent-minded enough not to be afraid of a strong capable woman.
