I receive messages with the pictures and can not figure out how to forward an e-mail without the red X where the pictures are supposed to be when my friends open their e-mails. My friends can't enjoy the e-mails. Any suggestions?

The red X basically denotes that the picture is unavailable for some reason.
There maybe two reasons:
a) If your internal office security is setup such that pictures cant be received or transmitted, then the email security scan systems would strip your email of the pictures. Please note that this can be on both sides, urs or your friends
b) When you are attaching/enclosing the picture in the email the system cannot read the picture and thus cant send it along.

Your employer is blocking images that could be inappropriate in the workplace. Sounds like you spend too much time at work emailing friends. With employers watching email traffic with better tools you could be looking at dismissal for your miss-use of company resources.

try making it an attachment. upload your emails and not "copy paste" them in your emails. Sure way is to zip your mails and upload it to make it easier to upload since you will just upload one object in your mail. If not, upload it to photobucket and send the link to your friend. I hope this helps your problem.

You probably recieve those emails on your outlook explore, right?
If that's the case- you have to edit your settings because the pics are gettng blocked right now.
