I love how some answers dont like to call it kill. amusing. They skate over it and say "continue pregnancy" If you are going to defend your point say "this is why we kill them" or "this is why some people kill them." Do not patronize people's intelligence by replacing the word cat with a "small member of the feline family" yes indeed .

Look you gotta get this down. When a woman wants to keep a baby they call it a baby. When a woman wants to abort the baby becomes a fetus.

Well, yes……think about the women that have been raped, or have AIDS, or on drugs…..think about all the children living in group homes/residential facilities because they’re parents are on drugs, are prostitutes, are abusive (sexually and/or physically) wouldn’t you think they’d be better off not being born???……and you know they build jails based upon the overwhelming population of children in residential facilities because a lot of these children suffer from irreversible damage……therefore they are unable to properly function in our society, especially because schools refuse to deal with them and their issues so they put them in special ed or pass them along…..no education, more violence and poverty…the cycle continues…..so although using abortion as a form of birth control is totally wrong, I’d rather see these horrible parents not have these children so the children will not have to suffer. (and yes, some do come out ok but most don’t!)

Because it is a choice. Whether it's moral or not, that is your (anyones) personal opinion. There are plenty of circumstances in which abortions may not be the best answer, but to that female, at that time...it is the only answer.

We do what we know, when we know better, we do better.

what does it have to do with "we"
that is a personal "choice" between the family members and God and we have nothing to do with it,
not that I am for it,
but it is not my decision or choice when I am not personally involved

Because a woman made a "choice" not to continue a pregnancy and it is her business not yours.

Why do we invade other countries, try to force our ways on them and then have the nerve to say we are liberating them?
