I was told that I look like that lead singer from The Barenaked Ladies, but back in their early days. Once I actually played the part, where some dude at a pub asked me if I was him, and I said "Yeah", and then I had to sneak out the back exit after going to the bathroom because a mob was actually starting to form! Unbelievable!
I was also told that I look a bit like the singer from Metallica, but when he cut off his hair and grew a beard. Personnaly, I don't see it, but hey...
For a while my brother said I was beginning to look like the Ewan McGregor "O-B-1 Kenobi" from the Star Wars prequels, but mostly from Episode 2 and 3. My wife would have enjoyed that very much if it was true!
Finally, if I were to try to emulate a "celebrity" (either consciously or subconsciously), it would be to look like those guys in 1982's "THE THING". I am sure that if I didn't need to work and therefore didn't need to minimally take care of my apperance, then I would end up looking like one of those guys!

My husband said that I look like Catherine Zeta Jones. I think maybe when I was younger. I'm 46 now, but not to shabby.

I have some people told me that when I have my hair straight down that I look like Miriah Carey and when I put the top half up, they say I look like Jennifer Lopez. I don't know.

In my youth, people compared me to Jeff Goldblum (tall, kinda skinny, pronounced nose).....though if I had to pick from more contemporary actors, I'd probably say Oded Fehr (Brendan Fraser's black-robed sidekick from the "Mummy" movies)...
