Some videos on net not playing cotinousily,it is stoped a little and again started.the entire video is like that .What can i do for this?I want to see with out any interruption .

There are several factors that will cause the problem.
the connecting speed to the internet
the video server service over the internet
You PC utilization
Your pc performance ( video card )
Your SW tools you use to view the video.
Without knowing what the cause is, there isn't much can be suggested.
Can you try download it to your pc and then watch it ?

I guess you have a dial-up connection and so the vedio keeps 'buffering' or takes time to download.If you have a broadband connection the vedio will play continuously.

wat speed is ur net connection?....u can watch streamin videos online only if its a broadband connection,somethin lik 256kbps to begin wid!
and also select wat bandwidth u want to watch de video,dis option is found in most of these sites!....if ur connection is slower dan 512 kbps,select lowest bandwidth lik 256kbps!
