how can i be a champion of irish dancing?

i am an irish dancer and i am at a good level but i would like to be more i want to win the non cup holders and the championship i try my hardest but it doesnt seem to work but i was speeking to a judge and she told me to put passion in but i dnt know how anyone know what i can do??

You demonstrate passion when you show others that this is what you love and live for therefore your whole heart is in every move and step.People know if it's from the heart or just what you manage to memorize.Let every step say to your audience that if you don't do it you wouldn't live in other words dance like your life depended on it !!!!

Try watching a lot of competition videos. Massively. Watch those who are the best. Just watch without being critical, watch over and over again. Visual information gets absorbed. You'll understand why they are the best. You'll see your dancing improve as well.

Keep a smile on as you dance and act enthusiastic, do it because it's what you love, when you dance focus only on the music and your body, think of nothing else. A dance doesn't mean as much if you don't think about the music and why and how your dancing, just as song doesn't mean as much, if you don't think about the meaning of what your singing

she is right, u need passion, come to me show me the passion, i will tell u how to be champaion. if u treat dancing as part of sports, u will know what really passion is. dont be a comedian dancer.

Your instructor meant for you to dance from your heart. If this is not your dream then you will never be a champion. You have to love it so much it hurts. Good luck.
