The PS2 Greeting Screen help!!?

Usually, both PS2 Greeting screens have towers, but now all i see is a Blue Cloud! what's the deal!? IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, IT'S THE "SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT" Screen that shows up before you play a game.

What tower are you talking about? Mine has the cloud, and some glowing orbs moving around. Its always been like that...
