Disadvantages is that if you don't prepare and warm up properly, there can be joint injuries.

Advantages is increased stamina and overall fitness, heightened mental acuity and a better generall feeling of yourself.

Something to think about guys, your hydraulic equipment, (wink wink), works by blood pressure. Guess what, if you are in good physical condition that works better too. Sounds like an advantage to me.

It's like investing in your physical future. People invest money for their financial future. Why not get in shape so you can enjoy the money you make and save. You will thank yourself later.

Disadvantages, you get injured from time to time. Oh well, can't have everything.

Exercise keeps your body active and healthy, helping to fight of illness and diseases. If you don't exercise you'll become tired more easily and more prone to sickness. Sports are good ways of staying in shape, so nothing bad to say about that.

You have to turn the damn computer off. and go out side or something.

Keeps you fit active and healthy, which in turn will lengthen your life and make physical work easier. If you don't exercise you lose that extra strength and can easily become succeptible (sp) to harmful diseases and flus.
