Just Blow them off. Don't think about it do it. If there is that much conflict is it really worth all the problems it is causing in your life?

Maintain composure during the squabble. Try to be a good listener, then be the voice of sanity (without arrogance) Feel free to take time out and ask others to do so as well.

Always be truthful to yourself and be willing to accept your mistakes as well as taking responsibilities for those mistakes.

Be ready to ask for forgiveness if you are wrong and learn from past mistakes.

Select your friends . Life is too busy to entertain toxic relationships so be careful with those you choose to be truly your friends.
