remove one, restart ... shutdown then install the other one.
XP plug and play does the same thing with my video cards... I ended up having to disable the device that was using the same resources as my 2nd video card.
I hate windows hardware management.

My first suggestion is to visit the vendors web site.
Second, you can manually set the IRQ for the devices you
have in your system. Try this site for more information,
