you see in magazines alot of ads for herbal supplements do they work or are they just a scam has anyone had a positive result from taking them? Or is there another way?

OK...going on the pill and getting pregneant dont seem to be very good things to do just to get larger breasts! Buy a push-up bra, add breast enhancers to your current ones, or just be content with what God gave ya doll! Now, you can tone up your chest area to make your breasts SEEM larger. Lifting 5 lb weights while doing butterfly curls is a great way to seperate the muscles in your chest to make your breasts seem more defined and a little bit larger, and as an added benefit, you get to be a little healthier as well!

The ads in the magazines are a bunch of BS. There are machines that are supposed to stimulate growth by "exercising" the breast tissue, but they're very expensive and I haven't seen any documented results. (You'll note that the before and after shots tend to have women wearing different outfits and and standing in different postures.) I've even heard of women who undergo hypnosis to think their breasts larger.
Pregnancy will cause an increase of breast size, though for some women it's temporary. I've heard of a FEW women increase breast size while on hormonal birth control, but they also complained of tenderness and weightgain. I've been on Nuvaring for about a year and have had some not-so-great side effects.
There are some "water bras" on the market that feel to some degree like natural breast tissue when squeezed. I don't own one myself, but I looked into purchasing one while shopping at Wal-mart a few weeks ago.

YOU CANNOT INCREASE YOU BREAST SIZE WITHOUT SURGERY. now that that's said i don't suggest it. i have small boobs to. you just got to work with what you got. you can always try push up bras and shadowing. But if you must get bigger boobs try gaining a little Weight and you breast might get a little bigger.

If you get on Birth Control pills for about a year then get off them you will get bigger boos...i was on them when i was 18 and i was 34B now i'm in a 36C & 22...& i'm lucky if i can fit in them i need bigger bra's but i dont want to be that big

The only way I have heard of that really works is to get pregnant.
Maybe you could find a way to be content with small breasts. . .

the only other way is by using those things you buy and place in your bra. none of that stuff in magazines works...don't waste your money
