Should I be afraid of getting too much vitamins?

I woudl make sure that the vitamin water you are drinking doesnt have too much sugar in it, or atrificial sweeteners in it first of all. Prenatal vitamins are excellent to take during pregnancy. Most vitamins are water solouble, which means that whatever amount you take in, you body will use what it needs and discard the rest. Your body will pass out the rest of the vitamins through urine when you go to the bathroom. If you end up getting constipated, try eating more fiber, or taking a fiber supplement. Calsium can also make you constipated, so make sure that if you are taking extra amounts of these you are getting enough fiber intake to even it out....however teh amount of these vitamins shoudlnt hurt you.

I woudl however, watch how much Vitamin A you take. In large amounts (like 5 times the reccmonded dosage), can be harmful. It will be a bit difficult to take too much Vitamin A though...unless you concentrate on ONLY eating foods with it...just wanted to warn ya though, incase your vitamin water has alot of that in it.

Yes, too much vitamin A is known to cause birth defects during pregnancy. Make sure that you get no more than 770mcg/2,565IU daily. Check the totals on your prenatals and your water.

Yes actually. Prenatal vitamins are full of exactly what you need on a day to day basis. Too much in your system can actually harm both you and the baby by creating an imbalance. You only need so much. Be carefull, but its great that you remember to take them lol.

You are supposed to take prenatal vitamins during pregnancy. This ensures that both you and especially your baby are getting the right amount of nutrients and vitamins. If you are worried about the vitamin water you should talk to your doctor or whomever you are seeing for prenatal visits.

I think so. Talk to your doctor. Some vitamins can cancel out others. If you take iron at the same time as the prenatal vit it can have a bad mix

Watch the intake of vit. A, that can cause birth defect. In general you should not take more than 100% of the recommended daily dose of vitamins A,D, E and K. Those are the vitamins your body stores and the excess can not be excreted.

Yes! Water is good for you and vitamins are good for both of you!
Anything your body( or your baby's) doesn't need or use is passed out through your urine.

Not really, unless you're popping them like Skittles.
Just keep an eye on Iron intake and things of that nature.
