i think that taking shower, washing your face, hands as aften as you can would help you a lot with that problem. Normaly if its on your face is either from stress, oil and dirt so try not to touch your face with your hands that often. If its on your body then its most likely from sweat so take showers daily or as often as you can just to wash all the sweat from your pores! try to avoid anything that would make your skin oily!
Good Luck!

Sometimes certain foods can cause you to have pimples. Foods like chocolate or foods with alot of acid in them like tomatoes. Age sometimes has a factor in it and also you could have nervous acne. Go to a Dermatologist and get some professioinal advice. Sometimes you need some medicine to get rid of pimples.

Keep ur skin squeky clean at ALL times.Use a gentle facewash that unclogs pores and clears out grit & grime.Use toners, since they aid to keep the skin fresh and tighten pores.Try NOT to use creams of any sort now.Medicines like Adapalene gel & erythromycin works well to clear marks & shrink acne.A sure fire way to deal with pimples is to dissolve 1asprintablet in 3/4drops of water and apply thickly over pmpl for as long as u can.It really clears them out.But be sure to check for skin sensitivity bfore largescale appliction.Toothpaste smeared on zits work too,as also lime juice, but they may scar if left for too long.Control ur diet-eat 2servings of yoghurt & 2litres of water apart from the usual healthy diet..it works wonders on ur skin...leaving it glowing with health!

Ok but you may not like it.

Evaluate your diet. If you are allergic to some foods high in citric acid (chocolate, soda, oranges etc.) they may not be pimples at all. And always remember to drink plenty of water.

Put toothpaste on them. They will dry up pretty easily in a day or two.

(Gypsy home remedy) wash you face with urine.

okay so i have some too but know i'm starting to wash my face every morning and night but right after i touch something dirty or anything don't touch your face because that can pass the germs on to your face! and don't pop them because then you'll get holes on your face if you just let it sit there and go when its ready you wont have any holes on your face when your older! good luck

Make sure you clean your skin daily - this will help prevent pimples. Stay away from greasy foods.

Toothpaste. I swear. Make sure it's the paste, and not the gell. Put it on before bed and wash it off in the morning.

The best cream I've found is Clearasil Ultra. Not the daily stuff, but like the vanishing cream.
