Head for Sears and get a new workbench. Get some earplugs for the parents. Get a job and move into your own house so you can make all the noise you want. Turn up the stereo. Take your pick, these are all great ideas.

Take it to a clock repairman. Many of the parts are the same as in key wound clocks.
