I am a medicine student and have a 15 question test in one of my books that will be able to help me find a remedy so u can get rid of that cough. I always recomend natural remedies they work a lot better than regular medicine. I will need a little more detailed information about your cough.

Its a sign that your lungs and throat are sick and tired of all the smoke and abuse you have caused them.. Buy some patches right now and never touch those death cigarettes again.... I already know your answer is cigarettes help relieve your stress.. If that is your answer then I can think of something more stressful. Like dragging around an oxygen machine and lung cancer. Take care of yourself.. Make yourself number 1 and stop now if its not too late

Yes, and also you probably have Acute Bronchitis.There are test that can be done to measure your lung capacity. You could also have Emphysema. I don't mean to scare you but there is always the chance of Lung Cancer, early detection is always the best. Then again it may not be nothing to serious.

Yes, I am in my 8 month of withdrawal now without a cig. I plan on quitting these things if it kills me. My doc said I was getting Emphysema so I decided to quit after smoking for 30 years. Its tough, but if I can do it you can too...
