what would be makin my puter bog and how can i fix it. helpppppppppp?

my puter has been bogging bad lately .what could be causing it .anyone know?

The systems of programs on computers often are updated, reconfigured or revamped. Sometimes it's just a temporary resource strain while it occurrs & sometimes it's just a way to remind you to run CCleaner/AdAware programs. The Disk Degragmenter (ControlPanel > AllPrograms > System Tools >) may also need analyzing. Dumping (clearing) temporary internet files (Tools > InternetOptions > [general tab: delete files/cookies]) sometimes is necessary. Everything above is necessary ALL the time & lapses of initiating these processes will 'bog' any computer. The more use, the more necesity of 'maintenance'.
It took me 2 years to 'learn' & 'impliment' these various solutions.

You probably have a load of spyware in there. Download Microsoft free SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY and run it to get them gone. That will do an amazing speed up if you are not running those parasite programs anymore.

there could be a couple of things. is it slow even when you have only one program open? or is the internet that is slow? make sure you scan for viruses regularly. you might want to try deleting any programs you dont use anymore. also, do disk cleanup.

you need to run a virus/spyware scan on it on a regular basis.I use mcafee it will detect viruses and get rid of them.Also try deleting your cookies.And try not to have too many programs running at same time that can cause your computer to run slow as well.

try this, go to the start menu, go to programs, then accessories, the go to system tools and go to disk defragmentor, it will take a while but will make your comp run much faster
