i believe that life is about the good and the bad, if it was always good we would not appreciate what we have. Life's painful experiences shape us, they should teach us a lesson and then we should learn to move on from there and be a better person. The problem is people dwell on what has hurt them for the rest of their lives, which is why they become bitter and twisted, the better thing to do is to say "Right, I am NEVER gonna let that happen again" and be positive about learning something new, move on, get over it, don't let the person who has hurt you win, the right thing to do is to show the person who hurt you that you have become the bigger and better person for it.

I believe that everyone will be hurt. It's nature. It doesn't matter if you are a woman or a man. But I do believe that men have it a little bit easier than women.

I think that both men and women hurt.
I do, however, think that women have it much harder.
