Good for you. I think it's great if you want to be a clown. There are clown colleges everywhere. I think you could just yahoo search it to find out where the nearest one is to you.
I've heard these are really fun places. You get to reinvent yourself, pick out a new name, a new hair color, make up crazy and wild costumes. They teach you how to do make up and how to create a new walk. Man, what fun you are going to have. Oooh....and they'll teach you how to make balloon animals and how to talk funny and how to be like a mime. I am soooo jealous right now.
