I thought that the NHS were paying for the patients to go abroad for operations? If this is the case then why is the NHS so bad? They are trying to solve the problem of long waiting lists for operations i do not think they are doing anything bad by doing this after all they are paying for the service. I have nothing but praise for our health service i have had a skin condition for 11 years that has required frequent specialist treatment in hospital and lots of visits to my GP and the doctors have been a pleasure to deal with.

You really have annoyed quite a lot of people, or was that your plan.
I work for the NHS in Mental Health. I am very proud of the service that the NHS provides and feel good about myself for being able to be apart of this service. We frontline NHS staff take enough grief from people without you getting on the band wagon.

what the fu*k are you talking about sh*t for brains?
I cant imagine any one in england other than illegal immigrants would go to france for health care. france is a f*ck up with fu*ing horrible smelly ignorant f*cks for citizens - why would I want someone like that operating on me? I simply wouldnt. You're probably experiencing an influx of people that are illegal immigrants in the UK going to france for health care saying they cant get it in the UK cos they are illegal. The french being as f*cking stupid as they are will treat anyone. All you primitive people probably do is shove garlic up peoples arses anyway.
there is nothing wrong with the english health care system - if you're poor then you rely on a perfectly good but slightly slow free health service - if you're rich like me you simply get the chequebook out and pay for the best healthcare in the world.
and by the way - why the bollox would anyone want to go to a country for healthcare when it manages to kill several thousand people every year when the fu*king sun comes out - you're sh*t.

The National Health Service was once the envy of the world but is now staggering under this Government's casual attitude to the needs of the people of this country.

Im english, and i know nobody who had travelled to France to get treatment. The NHS may have problems with debt, but I assure you that the treatment we recieve is exceptional. 'What kind of country cant treat its own people?', you ask, well, what kind of country let people who cant afford healthcare just rot. For shame.

In an emergency the NHS is second to none. Beyond that it is terrible. I cannot understand why doctors are still working 20 hour days, when other newly qualified docs cannot find jobs. Hospitals are still closing, nurses are being fired, yet the managers are being paid a fortune, gives me a head ache thinking about it. [I am English]

What authority do you speak for. I have been to hospital twice with pneumonia, and I spent three months in skull traction with a broken neck. Am now fully recovered. All thanks to our health service. You don't really know what you are talking about so I suggest you shut up until you do. Our NHS saves countless numbers of lives and treats millions of people every year including many of your countrymen probably, and for free. So button up Frenchie and don't come to England.
