Only if they are a very close friend and you really are teasing and not using a hidden agenda. Just never do it in public. If you really think what they are wearing is inappropriate, tell them in a nice way and away from other ears.

It's never good to tease a person about anything. There is a difference between teasing and constructive criticism though. So people do need to hear honest comments about what they're wearing. But teasing is always inappropriate.

It's really mean, so don't do it.
If you feel the uncontrollable urge to criticize another person's clothing, please try to do it when they are not around. Tell a close friend who won't blab what you said so the person doesn't get hurt.
If you think that they are committing such a horrendous fashion blunder you can't leave them alone, try being compassionate. Gently suggest another style. "Maybe you would look better in this style *suggest one* instead of what you have on now" or something similar to that.

Depends who they are... sometimes its sort of good to tease them so they know that what there wearing is bad. Although you have to say it in a nice way if you don't want to sound like a B****.

Why would it matter what someone was wearing that's just mean. who cares if they are wearing ripped up or smelly clothes they are probably poor so they can't get new clothes you should treat someone how you would like to be treated!! If i had alot of money i would give some to the poor. how would you like it if you had to sleep on the streets or wear the same clothes everyday!!I hope you liked my answer!!!

Some people can't afford to wear the very best clothes but have to settle for used or hand me downs...Some just don't have any fashion sense but to make fun ...No that is cruel

Not unless they are your friends. That is mean, if you don't know them. Some people cant afford to shop at trendy places. If you have to ask a question like this, you obviously do it. You should go and spank your self now! LOL!

Not unless your friends, and you are just joking...if you really don't like what someone is wearing then keep it to yourself. If you think what they are wearing is really socially unacceptable then tell them privatly...and be polite.
