Yes and no. What I've learned is that the more confident I am in a situation the reality is that I am in over my head. When I've landed into things not knowing how to maneuver is when Ive achieved true confidence. I think life is about trial & error. You learn as you go. Drive, passion and committment can produce amazing results...the trick is to never give up.

Adults rule the world. I can clearly remember as a teenager being quite mystified about this fact. Why aren’t teenagers ruling the world? It's because adults make up 70% of the U.S. poulation while teenagers make up only 10%. Adults also own and operate everything. So what are you going to do about it? If you are going to succeed--in fact, if you are going to accomplish anything at all, whether it be saving the environment or becoming a millionaire--you need to learn how to fit into the adult world. I have accomplished all my goals in life. But then I set realistic, short term goals, not extravagant fantasy goals! Keep it real, make it achievable! Position your self for success, not failure!
I managed to rise through the ranks of professionals to the level of a Research Chemist in PR&D, without a BS, raise a family with children using a budget that allowed me to invest for the future. At 57, I've retired with $1 million and look forward to new adventures!
