I'm 16.I eat right,i exercise right and i sleep well...haven't had any problems before.but recently my heart hurts during long walks...why is that happening?what should i do?

You did not say HOW LONG you S T A R T E D walking.. If you only started walking, then it is more normal than if you have been walking for several weeks and then (NOW) your heart started hurting. Remember, if your walk is going at a fast pace, then it is a cardiovascular exercise (which is good) but if you just started walking, it will cause stress on the heart. That is why I always tell people to start out slow... short distances for a week or so and then gradually go farther, and perhaps faster walking.. So.. please, ask yourself these questions first.

Walk at a slower pace you may be overtaxing the heart muscle. If this is to no avail go visit a doctor for professional advice. Even at sixteen you can experience a heart attack. Good Luck!

One thing don't over do yourself, because your heart might can't take over do workout's. 2.No offense why are you asking us this answer when should ask a doctor, hmmmm!!!!
