They have only a few complaints with the Better Business Bureau

Yes, we ordered a pool from them back in May, they started working on it end of May and to this day (September 4), the pool is still not done. They have been completely un-professional, they do not answer our phone calls. Please e-mail us (jpjfoulon@yahoo.com). We have filed a complaint with the BBB and are looking into filing a suit in small claim court.
