Maybe you are pregnant? Or maybe you just have a bug. Your next days off, just relax and don't do a single thing but lie in bed and watch tv

Your question is really hard to answer, I don't know your age, or the circumstances that may caused that problem. But, here goes, I am 57 and all of a sudden am experiencing sleeplessness therefore being tired all day. Did go to Dr. and he suggested that I needed to exercise more, eat less greasy or heavy foods....the good stuff of course. Also, being tired like that can be early sign of depression. Even if nothing has occurred to stress or make you depressed, sometimes its all chemical reactions in your body. So, do go see your doctor and hope things get better for you.

Well I don't have much information. But lets start with the common stuff. Are you Pregnant? (pregnant women usually require noticably more sleep) Do you stay up late? (the whole planet seems to burn the midnight oil, then can't function in the morning) Are you getting the number of hours sleep your own body needs (people vary, around 8 hrs.) Are you taking a good, cheleted, iron suppliment. (Women need more iron, simple fact. If they don't get it they experience fatigue) When you sleep do you sleep soundly, or are you disturbed or up alot? (if you can't stay asleep, take your calcium suppliments at bed time. Calcium is a relaxant.) If none these apply, see your doctor. It could be other more serious stuff. Don't be fearful, ,just sensible.

More people are dehydrated than you can imagine -- drink distilled water (64 oz. per day) and watch your energy increase. Also, walking at least 15 minutes in the sun helps (can be over-cast, you just need the vitamin D and the serotonin and other chemicals that exercise creates).
Also, a colon cleanse is good too -- the toxins the average person carries around in their colon (FDA says between 1- - 20 lbs. of undigested feces) zaps their energy. Good health starts in the mouth (good oral hygiene) and in the digestive tract -- both of these can make you feel terrible and it's so simple to fix.
Investigate Dual Action Cleanse and probiotics (acidophillus is good -- make sure 5 billion live cultures at least) for colon cleansing and colon health -- you'll be amazed at how different you feel.

It could be your diet that makes you feel groggy adn tired. If you arent eating health conceous foods than you may not be getting all the nutients and vitamins you need.
OR you could be sleeping on a really crappy bed. If you have a bed that is made for your sleeping type and style then you should feel more rested in the am.
OR you could have CFS or Cronic Fratigue Syndrom which needs to be address by a doctor ASAP.
Four or more of the following symptoms must have been present for longer than six months:
*Short-term memory loss or a severe inability to concentrate that affects work, school, or other normal activities.
*Sore throat.
*Swollen lymph nodes in the neck or armpits.
*Muscle pain.
*Pain without redness or swelling in a number of joints.
*Intense or changing patterns of headaches.
*Unrefreshing sleep.
*After any exertion, weariness that lasts for more than a day.
The fatigue must be severe as indicated by the following:
*Sleep or rest does not relieve it.
*The fatigue is not the result of excessive work or exercise.
*The fatigue substantially impairs your ability to function normally at home or at work
*Even mild exercise often makes the symptoms, especially fatigue, much worse.

If your a young person, which i suspect you are, You should not be tired all the time. That is, unless your trying to function each day on 2 or 3 hrs. of sleep! Tell your parents about how you feel and maybe they can get you in to see your Doctor.

You may be sufering from depression. I like Oprah's plan: Every day write down 5 things to be grateful for. Also, the old standby: East 5 servings of fruit and veggies everyday, fish 3 times a week, and drink water. Really works.

And/Or
An Allergy or level of something toxic in your body is building.
A Common reason for this is dustmites and other creepy's feeding on your dead skin in your pillow and matress and your inhaling them when you sleep and this is weakening your immune system cause it's trying to cope with these foreigners.
(You immune system requires alot of your running power), Like that most inefficient of OS's (Windows XP).
Another thing you may not be aware of that also drastically weakens your immune system thus tiring you out is black mold (Amongst others)Building in volume in your house. The Toxins Relased from these can also drastically increase your chances of cancer, respitory illness & Failure, and AIDS (Auto Immuno Deficiency Syndrome) (Not the Sexually Contracted Type).
(So Take Action In All These Areas Immediately)
HOPE THIS HELPS.

You would have to go to your doctor to be sure, but there could be a thyroid problem...or, if you are up late, try to get to bed earlier, that always helps, Best to see a doctor and get an accurate diagnosis. But there could genuinely be a medical condition that should be treated to make it better for you.
I have been tired and the doc is checking my asthma and mentioned doing a thyroid test to see if that could be the problem.

how much sleep are you getting
do you get the recommended doses of food groups/vitamins etc daily
do you exercise, oddly enough wiping yourself out with a good workout makes you less tired for the next couple/three days
