How would you select the inhabitance and which qualities would you look for in people? Which laws would create, and which would you get rid of, compared to western laws? and what is the top thing that you would want to distinguish your society from the rest of Western society?

The perfect society would be run by consensus.
The people would all agree to the above.
I don't think "laws" is the right way to go about things. Systems for dealing with problems would be developed by consensus.
The top thing is the top thing I wrote. Consensus.

I'd make my own language too, and try to force people to speak it until they get good at it.
Also, every Thursday, women ages 14-24 would not be allowed to wear anything.

first i would develope my own language kind of like the italians who have a different alphabet. but i would call it the kingdom of love and the ..bet would be...
