Have you not got an anti virus programme (Up to date)?
If you do, run a complete system scan
If not, Download Avast Home Edition and say yes to a scan on rebooting. It's a very reliable anti virus programme and best of all it's free

I believe just deleting the trojan .exe and anything associated with it. Find out the name of the trojan .exe and find the path of it (folder it's in) and delete. Also, try a program called Active Ports, search the Web (google, etc.).
