Do not give your therapist anything for Christmas, it would not be appropriate at all.

you could make her something. maybe draw her a picture. or give her something personal to her. therapists seem to like stuff like that. my therapist showed me 2 gifts that 2 of her patients gave her. one was a picture the patient drew, of a place the therapist said shed like to visit some day, and the other was a miniature version of the car she drives; a yellow VW bug. if you know of any hobbies she has, or things shes interested in outside her practice, that would be the best way to go. and btw, it is completely appropriate to give your therapist something for christmas!

Look around her office and see if you can find something that she seems to collect. If there is nothing that can help you, then a vase or candle, wind chimes, cookie jars. Stay away from coffee cups. You really don't have to give her a gift at all. A card would be very acceptable, especially the kind that has music. Happy Shopping.

food, food basket, cost under 30.00 , a nice card, therapists are allowed to accept gifts...the rule for the acceptance depends on the therapist and the gift should not be too personal and the cost should not exceed about 30.00 but your thank you is also enough and a great gift too

I do not think a gift is appropriate but a Christmas Card is a nice gesture.

Instead of giving her a gift, I would bring up your desire to give her a gift in therapy. By exploring your wish in talk therapy, you may learn something about yourself, how you relate to people, and how you feel toward people who are helping you.

Do you know what she likes? Maybe a book or something like that. If not candles or gift baskets are always nice.

A gift cert. for a nice restaurant or a dept store. It's kind of early to worry about a Christmas gift, isn't it.

get them a gift card for a store or a restaurant. That way they can choose what they want.
