I was born here. Never heard that. "Huffy" means someone's getting upset without good reason. "Snuffy" was Big Bird's pet name for the Snuffalupagus (sp???) On the kids tv show Sesame Street.

It means like, "hey, good goin" or "nice work", you´re like showin your approval for whatever deed the person you are sayin this to has done.
