Not me personally but 2 guys I used to know would play Risk and end up screaming and shouting at each other and throwing the board across the room. Not a pretty picture. I guess Risk brings that out in people.

Monopoly used to do it in my family. Everytime we played the banker was accused of cheating, and then personal insults started, ended up boards and money thrown everywhere and doors banging and stamping feet. After about 10 years of the same story, we eventually decided to not play monopoly anymore. Took us long enough!!

My wife & I had a massive argument over a game of scrabble once - She was about 100 points ahead, and even though I could not win she made me play on the the end !!!!!

Thankfully it did not end in violence though !!!!

Not me personally but there are stories at go clubs.

One person knows he is going to lose and gets mad, throws the board (imagine approx. 2 inches thick 18x18 inches LxW wooden board) either at a person or at a wall then the person uppercuts his opponent.

a couple of minutes later she was allowed down, my sis called her stress-head and she threw the remote control

Uh......pretty bad stuff.
Monopoly---Money bag imprinted in my leg from my bro.
Risk---Threw board out window
Stratego---Threw them at my bro.
Some other games i forgot, too. I really don't like board games a lot anymore. They result in "VIOLENCE". Especially monopoly....

I Haven.t but win or lose its about the company whilst playing, but I have known others who throw the board or dice whenever they lose..sad..don't they realise you cant win all the time.
