if somone is paying maintainance throught the CSA 20% of their annual income, and has the children to stay at least 2 nights per week and the ex partner requires more money ond threatens you with a paramount ally via the solicitor as your not paying what is deemed by them as a credible amount - and having the children over night when asked on every occaision, although the person has had the children for 6 different holidays the ex partner has been in in the last 12 months and has still paid CSA for the weeks of additional care - what are the options available to them

im pretty sure that is to do with all property and earnings acquired during the marriage. you need a solicitor!
