I'm beginning to think commercials are minions of Satan. With TiVo and On Demand (DVR) I'm surprised there are still sooo many commercials still around. I usually stop my DVR box when the screen fades to black, run to the bathroom, get a snack, and then come back and hit LIVE on the remote so I can avoid all the commercials. I hate them I hate them I hate them. Ok, now that I've had my tantrum..please leave your opinions on commercials..and pick up your 2 points at the door. Thanks!

They should at least get rid of the horrible ones (i.e. Subway dinner theater, Head On, THOSE MEIJER COMMERCIALS!!!)

Yes. All commercials are evil. Except for the tampon ones, they make who ever else is watching with me blush or change the channel. That makes me laugh. I also think, that those sons of the devil *** holes who think that we want to see whats coming up next rather than watch the end credits are insane. They squish the credits off to the side and roll them fast so I can't see what hottie played the lead roll. I end up having to go on the internet (heaven help me if I don't remeber the name of the movie-show) and search for my info. Thank the lord HBO doesn't do that. But hey, I don't watch that much TV and you can always change the channel.

I think so. Advertisers employ psychologists to figure out how to appeal to you to make you want to buy their products. They use the same tactics for little 3 year olds. Also, some suppossedly have subliminal messages...

leave the commercials alone!! commercials are just contagious because everything we see we want..and besides if it wasn't for commercials you wouldn't be watching your shows.....but keep hitting your remote button if that's the case..

television in general is mostly evil. a lot of what we see on TV goes directly against God's word.

yes they are evil. Commercials appeal to us and our need to spend all of our hard eraned cash for stuff we don't need.
