I would ask what she wanted then go & get it for her. The reason why is because I have given (& so has my mom) money to homeless people who say they are hungry, then I watch them walk into a liquor store & buy liquor. I'm not paying for there booze, but to put food in there stomach.

I usually don't have any spare cash to give since I use a credit card. The only cash I have is for highway tolls. So I just usually tell them that I don't have any cash or that I am a student and only have enough money for my rent, food, and gas.

i had one woman ask me if i had money so she could buy tampons, i told her i would take her inside and buy her a box of them. she said she wanted the money, and i told her no. i would take her inside. she refused. if you want money for whatever, just tell the truth!
