Used to be but then people like Pat Robertson and others started to take over the party and spewing hate.
My hope is that in time the Party will return to its roots, but I think that may never happen.
Unfortunately I think the current administration may never allow that to happen in my lifetime. Until they do I will do whatever I can in my power to defeat Republicans in all levels of Government. They are a party of hate, and that includes anything that does not fit their mold.

Bi Libertarian.
I think everyone has the right to choose their beliefs. The Republicans may hold other values that their gay members hold dear. And if the Log Cabiners can make a few other Republicans rethink homophobic attitudes, even make it so there are two pro-LGBT candidates to choose from, well, good for them!

I am a republican but I am g0y so I may not count. I do not think being a republican means you have to accept every idea the republican party puts forward. I think it is better to influence the party from within than to try to fight it from without.

Yes. Called Log Cabin Republicans, and I;m not too happy with my party's reactions, but it will take time to educate them, much like veryone else. At least they are honest about it instead of lying like the Democrats

Being a gay Republican would be every bit as odd as being.....
a smart Republican
a compassionate Republican
a non-white Republican
an honest Republican
a trustworthy Republican
Oh, hell. I could go on and on and on.

Being gay and Republican would be like being a chicken and a huge fan of Colonel Sanders. Of course, the analogy works for being middle/working class also.
