Well you've picked a good one here, and I'm sure it would be close. I suspect that shortly after the election, someone on Hillary's team will uncover the fact that Godzilla was originally Japanese. According to the US constitution you have to be a native American to be President. The Godzilla team would place a challenge and it would end up in the Supreme Court. At that point I would have to say that the members of the court would be more afraid of Hillary and would sympathize with her.
