i like the newsboys

DC Talk I think is much better and the reason I say this is because if you look at their entire catalog, they have gotten better on each album. Each CD they put out was better than the previous because they tried new things and branched out to remain relevant. I know that they are no longer together but their respective solo careers have done very well to the extent that we may not even see them get back together again. The Newsboys just seem to sound the same on every album ( I mean, I know they have to 'sound' like themselves LOL but I just didn't see any maturation with each album they put out). I think the diversity in DC Talk played a major role in the songwriting and what I mean by that is that all three of them seem to have separate ideals on various issues and that made them a stronger core as a group.

I like both of them! But I've listened to DC Talk for a lot longer then the Newsboys. I don't know if I can pick just one.

Of the two I like the Newsboys....Especially their song "He Reigns"

i like dctalk better.in my list they're #1,and the newsboys #2.

I like dc Talk better, musically and lyrically. I also really like TobyMac's solo projects.
