A Month ago we had to tell our neighbors in a nice way to stop parking and digging burn holes on our property.. But they said that is was there property.. Now i helped these people get into this place when they no where to go. we explained to them what the property line was.. but they had some county friend of theres come walk it off and said it was there property.. We had it surveyed and like we said it was ours.. Do you think they should fill in the holes and clean up the trash that they have done to our property? And know they dislike us and we did nothing but help can anyone tell me why?

i would send them some kind of official letter so that they are under no illusions as to who the land actually belongs to and they will also realize that you mean business unfortunately as far as i can tell they have seen your friendliness and help as a weakness and have taken advantage of that so you really need to make a stand and possibly put up a very high fence

some people are just that way. Get yourself a Realty Lawyer. If you had it surveyed, and the surveyor said that it yours then put up a fence. If they take it down ,you can call the police on them for damage to propriety. My parents had to same type of problem. They called the Surveyor and he talk to them ( the neighbors) and told them that if they moved his markers HE would "press Charges" against them. That's a Federal case.

Put up no trespassing sings, and if the trouble continues, notify local law enforcement.
