I had obtained an interim interdict...through the scottish courts.....I have now been granted an exclusion order with the power of arrest. He has 21 days to contest the divorce part...what happens if he does not contest it...how long do i have to wait for a divorce?

you would have to ck with the courts. if he doesnt contest it, i would imagine that it would be 6-12m for the divorce to be final

I don't understand all the legal jargon you mentioned but I know with my partner and his divorce... He was told once all the paperwork was completed and nobody contested anything, then it would be 6 weeks for the decree nici, then another 6 weeks for the decree absolute....Then its just a question of where to celebrate the biggest party of your life....... If he doesn't contest it and the judge signs it then usually your are legally divorced after 30 days of signing it.

Depending on what state you are in. I no in california it is 6 months. Reno you can get it done I believe in 6 weeks.
