I don't buy the end of the Timelords myself. You cannot destroy someone who is not in that time zone. The Master isn't going to go back to Gallifrey if he has any sense, hence wouldn't have been there.

Bout time got some new regenerations, his hypnotism back and makes a comeback in the last two episode after clues throughout the series.

Or could kidnap an assistant 2 at the beginning of the season and climax at the end or something.

because the movie actually takes place before the great Time War actually happened, so hence why the timelords were destroyed, only the doctor survived and i do hope that the rumour about the Doctor having a "son" stays at that, just a rumour

Wasnt the movie made before the event of the 'time war' that supposedly destroyed all the Timelords? Maybe the technology that enabled The Master to return was also destroyed in the unspecific event apparantly initiated by the Doctor that blew Gallifrey into tiny pieces. Besides, millions of Daleks survived the 'Last Great Time War', its only fair to assume other Timelords survived too.

hmm..not sure they never really discussed that..but i guess it would be cause he is "evil" but that is just a guess. I believe that one of the book discusses that. I haven't seen the master in the new series..so can't help on that one..although they might actually explain in better if he shows up..they tend to do a better job in the new series....and dialeks still are around... Chris. Eccleston was a good doctor..not sure about the new guy that he morphed into at the end of the first season. Hope that helps.
