I would think there always would be a demand at UPS and Fedex. I'd also look at the department of Homeland Security - Can't be too difficult to get a job as a screener - and both airports are near to Brooklyn. Waiting tables isn't a dream job, but waiters at good places probably earn more than 300 from tips, down side is you probably have to start bussing tables for minimum wage and then work you're way up.

try any street corner... show some skin and wave at passing cars. 300 per week will be no problem.

Walk down 86th or 21st, there are jobs everywhere in those areas.
