i think that most of those pages are just simply new fan-site re-direct pages for the celebrities the were designed for and also it's a pretty good way too see how your popularity is compared to other entertainers.
cause that's a good part of what Hollywood is,marketing and actors are the commodity in any film project.
most main stream films wont even get funding from a studio unless they have actors who's market value is very high.
