Depends on the shade of blue your eyes are. Usually a brownish or brownish-copper shade will really enhance the blue... sometimes a sage or olive green will too.
There are inexpensive one-color eyeshadow pots you can find in a drugstore or grocery store, try a few just to see what you like best!

I have blue eyes and I wear different color eyeshadow, Just not blue. I especially like to wear pink and purple eyeshadow, just not too dark or bright.

Light browns and soft pinks would accent youre eye color well. And black eyeliner with it would really make them stand out!!!!

it depends on what color your sskin tone is but you probably dont want to go 2 bright becuase your color is already bright maby try a light pink

if you use dark colors that would make your eyes look sexy,,and if you wear light colors then that would look girly
