There would a lot of changes I would like to make, but it would not be possible. I'd resign from ruling the world because I don't think I'm fit to tell everyone what to do and stuff. Maybe I'd have a world government to help me. I wouldn't want to rule the world, that sounds scary to have an ultimate leader.

I think I would like to have gender equality in the third world countries and open up more treatment facilities. Maybe I can finally do something about freaking America. Hey, would it be possible to fire Bush?

1. I would have a single world currency, and all transactions would be electrons and would be handled through bio-secure sensors. They would be taxed at the point of sale. This would eliminate cash, eliminate the IRS, and since all transactions could be traced, it would make it near impossible for illegal drugs.

2. I would change the legal system so that victims of crime are compensated through the criminal. It would be legal to sell body parts of the criminals to receive compensation. The intention is to protection society against repeated offenders. I would make sure that it is physically impossible to have repeated offenders of sex crimes.

3. I would make it illegal for the public to own guns. Police and the military would play a large role in human relief services.

4. Large amounts of money would go into developing the hydrogen economy. Projects like artificial photosynthesis would be given large funding.

There would be no more war, no weapons of mass distruction, no nukes. All fighting would stop immediately!!!!!!

There would be no more classes of people (no upper class, middle class...), everyone would be treated as a human being. Money would be banned. The people in poverty sticken countries would be moved to areas where there is food, shelter, water and accepted into a society that helps one another.

Trade would be the only form of payments, ie: a farmer needs a plow for his corn field, a farm equipment saler would trade his equipment for lifetime of corn.

Cars would be built & refitted to use clean forms of fuel. Recycling would be manditory for everyone to keep the earth clean.

Criminals would be put to work building homes, roads, harvesting fruit/veggies, cleaning sewage, basically any of the dirty jobs no one wants to do. Anyone that would be in death row would be executed 90 days after being found guilty after the 2nd trial (yes I know it's harsh but we want a safe world).

Health care would be free to everyone. All the cures for diseases that the government has already would be given to the sick. Illegal drugs would be totally gone...

Education would be free and mandatory for all up to your BA, all students in schools from 1st grade to 12th would wear uniforms, governments would be desolved, round tables would take their place and decisions would be made & resolved without a single drop of blood spilled.

All religion would be tolerated but not pushed upon anyone who chose to believe something different.

I wouldn't even want the job, with all the history and different cultures in this world you could not possibly make the entire world happy....I don't want that kind of responsibility. I could say things that I think I would do but until someone is actually there and know what is really going on, you really have no clue what changes you would make.

I would have lots and lots of business interests. I would control the population by creating made up enemies. I would also ensure I controlled the Fox network because I would realise that most people are willing to believe anything if its broadcast on TV. I would give all my friends really good jobs and I would create wars that would make my business interests even more profit. Oh and just to top everything off I would declare that all of my actions are in the name of Christianity and that any-one who did not believe in me is a non Christian and does not believe in freedom. Oh I would also ban gay marriages and ridicule any-one with liberal, caring attitudes.

The only thing is I am sure no sane person on this planet would let me get away with it..... or would they???

I would remove everything that was created / discovered by mankind including all the knowledge - leaving One language, One religion and One way of currency. I would then Cull the population by about 80% and see how we would evolve this time.

True separation of Church and State.
Intelligence testing to vote.
Eliminate prisons, set up a Coventry where everyone who does not like my society can go to try and do it better themselves.
Eliminate all insurance companies and outlaw lawyers from serving in public office.
Food stamps and educational vouchers for everyone.

UMM EVERY SCHOOL ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH WOULD DISSAPEAR, NO RACIST PEOPLE, NO KKK'S, ONE WORLD CURRENCY, NO RELIGION, PEOPLE COULD NOT RISE UP TO ME, DUBYA WOULD BE FIRED AND EVERYDAY TRANSFERED INTO A NEW PRISON , (KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?) PEOPLE WOULD ALL GET EQUAL WAGES, THE MINUTEMEN AND THEIR SUPPORTERS BE STRUNG UP BY THIER HANDS AND TAKEN TO PITTSBURGH TO BE SUMBERGED IN MOLTEN STEEL. THAT GUY MR. CURIOUS BE PUT IN THE GORILLA EXHIBIT WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF BLUEBERRIES IN HIS HANDS CAUSE EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT GORILLA'S WILL KILL FOR BLUEBERRIES... AND THE LIST GOES ON... BUT MOST OF ALL ID STOP GLOBAL WARMING! NO MORE HIGH GAS PRICES, AND FOR THAT METEOR THE SIZE OF AFRICA THAT'S SUPPOSED TO HIT EARTH IN SIX YEARS VANISH... CAUSE THAT WOULD END MY SUPREME POWER.... AND ME BE INDESTRUCTIBLE.

I would get rid of starvation. There's no reason for it we have enough resources. People don't need billions and billions of dollars. I wouldn't allow pharmaceutical companies to hold patents on medicines. Cures to disease would be free.
