nope that's just average well dressed folk stuff.
slacks are smarter looking... and so are nice, simple blouses and shirts with a nice cut.

That is a nice classic look. It is not too much for a stay at home mom. In case you have to suddenly leave the home at least you will look good and feel good about yourself esp. when people see you out. Like ex boyfriends!
Having a baby is no excuse to give up style and dressing. Do not go for the american stereotype of sweats because you will not be able to monitor any weight gain or loss and you will just keep getting frumpier. Frumpy is never the 'in' thing and will kill your self esteem. Love yourself ! Most moms let everything go and put themselves last. Before they know it they have aged 10 years in 3 years and their kids will be ashamed of them. It will hurt you when your kid starts raving about how pretty other friends' moms are.

I think that will be nice, its not too flashy. It's very chic, polished, and sophisticated.Just make sure it doesn't get boring, change it up with fun prints and pretty jewelry. It'd be a good idea to invest in one or two pairs of high quality pants (try ebay if you're a little tight on cash), I have a pair of Martin cut Banana Republic khaki pants that fit so nice, look good no matter what (even after holiday snacking), and match with everything.

Make sure the shirts are permanent press and easy care. A 5 month old will stain alot of your clothes. Maybe polo shirts would be a better choice, at least until the baby is walking.

you recognize, i'd say that somewhat blend of both is the most. counting on the position you're going, each and every of them has their seperate specialists. i'd say denims and a T-blouse would paintings nicely at a food market, laundry mat, that variety of deal. yet, I dont imagine that slacks and a button up paintings nicely in a bar both, its somewhat too dressy. attempt this, blend an fairly powerful pair of denims with a button up for the bar. So the, you're prominent yet nonetheless comfortable. desire this enables!

overall, wear whatever feels comfortable but:
make sure it's easy to wash with a baby around
try different colors to keep it interesting and fun - bright colors and solids are my favorites
layered clothing and cotton fabrics are great for easy function
mid thigh length shorts if you have great legs or capris are nice
skirts with cute shoes seem to be really popular
if you have a nice body and you still want to stick with jeans and shirts then find form fitting, low rise jeans that flatter with tank tops or fitted shirts to show off your curves - it will make you feel good and keep your husband happy!
basically just find something that's easy, affordable, looks good on you, feels good against your skin, and never goes out of fashion. make sure it's something you only have to think about when you put it on and take it off...simple.
if your still not sure, you'll know it's a great look if it can still get compliments from your husband!

hey, you are a stay at home mom, and you should be comfy, whether it is jeans, kahkis, slacks, whatever floats your boat. That is a demanding enough job without having to worry about your clothes all the time.

I'mma mommy of 2, and I wear clothes like that, but I still do wear my printed tees and stuff. I guess just wear anything you feel comfortable in rolling around with your babies.
