My husband is in prison. There is nothing someone can do unless he can get a judge to give him a new sentence, but very unlikely. Also if you have the money get a good lawyer.

Please don't be one of those obnoxious people who call the parole office and the warden asking to have their husband come home.

My husband is in prison due to things he didn't do either, but he has made some mistakes in the past. He has a history of drug use and has an addiction even though he is clean. His made some bad mistakes when he was 16 and 17 years old. At age 22 and 23 he was on probation and basically he violated probation for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was arrested and released because the police found out they arrested the wrong person. But since my husband was on probation, he had to go to prison because being arrested is a violation of probation.

My husband has been sentenced for 7 years. He may get out on Parole October 2007. It's something we have to live with because we have no money for a good lawyer and we can't find a judge to take him seriously. Oh well, Welcome to the judicial system.

Actually, he was put there by police who DID have evidence and lawyers who proved him guilty. People don't go to prison just because their ex-wife thinks it's a good idea.

What could you possibly be getting out of a relationship with a man in prison, anyway?

Are you sure he's just not telling you the whole story? Chances are they wouldn't keep him if there wasn't some evidence to the crime.

What a sad story. The prison is chock full of poor guy's that didn't do it. Sorry to hear your man is one of them.

You need a lawyer to file an appeal, and if that doesn't work, tell your homey to 'find God' and 'repent his sins'. He might get off for good behavior. But unrepentant felon's rarely get off for good behavior.

There is no way to get him out of prison. Once someone goes to prison, they have to do their time. If he is injail however, just collect enough money to bail him out, if u dont know his bail..call the jail.

Why would you want to be with someone in prison? Get a better man.

honey do you really want to get him out of prison? what has he done? there really is no way to get him out unless he's been wrongly convicted or does chores around the jail to get a shorter sentence. but think twice before you do anything.

He wants to be there and deserves to be. You need to find a way out of your own prison...that makes you think its ok to have someone so stupid and untrustworthy in your life. He doesnt care about YOU thats for sure....he doesnt care about himself and he's his first priority.

' Tell him the truth, that you are sleeping around. He will break out and find you and kill you and kill all of your boy friends and then go back to prison. Everybody's happy!
