i was tested allergic to grass and tree, what is the best way to control the problem

For some it is seasonal, for most it is all the time. You might need to go on meds on a daily basis to control it or you might need am allergy shot periodically.

Guess it depends on where you live/when the allergies are the worst. I've lived in 4 different states, and my allergies kicked in at different times of the year. Try the newer allergy pills out there. I don't like the OTC ones, usually wire me up or make me sleepy. I've had good luck with Allegra, and Claritin is over the counter now, but I don't like the Claritin. Also, your doctor can give you allergy shots. I did that for awhile, but you have to go in every few weeks, they don't last long.

I recently got tested. I am allergic too. How do you not know if it's seasonal or all the time? Go back to where you got tested and ask the allergy specialists. You can get a bi-weekly (or weekly) shot for your allergies.

Its all the time....I have the same problem...but its worse during the summer and spring months
