happiness combines two feelings at once: first, the feeling of pleasure; second, the anticipation of the possiblity of an even greater pleasure.
in other words, happiness is not just a feeling of joy in the present, but of a joy in the present moment which is so intense that it promises to spill out into the future.
a joy that belongs only to the present always contains within it a bittersweet flavour, a sense of regret because we know that it will soon pass.
true happiness, on the other hand, is a joy that conquers the ephemeral, it's a joy that cannot be contained by the present, but inundates the past and future as well.

Real happiness: The pleasure that comes from pleasing the Supreme Lord. It is a spiritual bliss that is not of this world. It is therefore eternal, as opposed to the temporary, fleeting feelings of sense gratification and contentment that is generally called happiness. The body is a collection of gross material elements and the mind is a more subtle material element. Neither the body or the mind can feel anything. Without the presence of the spirit soul within the body, the body is called "dead" and therefore is incapable of feeling anything. So it is the soul that feels happiness, not the body or mind. But the soul is spiritual by nature and therefore requires spiritual happiness. Material sense sensations cannot give real happiness to the spirit soul. So therefore real happiness is spiritual happiness. Spiritual happiness is the pleasure we feel when we have pleased the Supreme Lord, the source of all happiness, the reservoir of all bliss.
Yes, I felt spiritual happiness. Anyone can. We are all spiritual energy of the Lord and our constitutional position is to serve His desires. He desires that we re-establish our relationship with Him. The prime method for doing that in this age is to chant and hear His holy names. The Hare Krishna mantra is composed entirely of the names of the Lord -- Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare. Chanting the holy name of the Lord purifies the consciousness of all the illusion and ignorance that keeps us from enjoying real transcendental bliss.

you could adventure happiness using a reason or using a reason. A reason could desire to be finding at a first mild, eating a scrumptious meal, having a calming heat tub etc. etc. A reason to be satisfied could be if a enjoyed guy or woman recovers from a disease, once you probably did a sturdy interest, once you made somebody rather satisfied, once you love somebody or you sense the happiness of a kinfolk member. This all are "motives" to be satisfied. you could not try for happiness as such as you like the two a reason or a reason to be satisfied. greater clever to locate some thing which motives you to sense satisfied or to persist with a direction which provide you with a reason to be satisfied or to purely enable happiness ensue as this is purely a present given to you in case you least anticipate or consciously wanted it. The greater you consciously try after the consequence as such and not the clarification the fewer possibly you will get it.

I feel this is a very individual thing. What may make me really happy may not work for the next person.
For me true happiness is achieved through several different things.
One thing is martial arts, after a severe work-out I will meditate and I just feel at one with everything. it is a great feeling.
Another thing that makes me feel truly happy is animals. When I see or pet an animal it makes me feel happy.
One more thing is sleep, when I am sleeping I am truly happy.

Yes, I have felt it, and I feel it right now. It's somewhat hard to explain, but when you feel REAL happiness, you love everything around you, and you feel that all of the good things in life make it seem like there's nothing bad... and you also feel real happiness when you're around someone you love unconditionally.

To me real happiness feels like the world is really going your way wear as real sadness is everything going against you. I feel the happiest when I just had a great conversation with somebody or I've accomplished a real difficult task.

REAL Happiness is REAL Contentment. Then we can say, if you experienced something really very happy, and you found out that you need more than that, then that wasn't real happiness. By the time you'd be satisfied, that is when you'll feel real hapinness, IF ONLY that time would come...

As opposed to fake happiness? All happiness is fleeting, and any happiness is real. I have felt it many times, about a great number of things.

Real happiness is when you wake up in the morning, you realize its cold, and its monday and you have to go to work, but you still feel good inside, like there´s nothing you would change, even if you could. Nothing big that is. Real happiness is when you wake up everyday, and say, "hey i like my life", you know? And yes, i´ve felt it. :)
