I have recently noticed the hair's on my upper lip are getting a little darker and it is really embarrasing! Should I go to the little salon's that do waxing or is there an at home kit I can use? I would much rather do this at home but I want to get the job done right. I will not consider bleaching it because I have seen horrible bleach jobs before and I don't want to risk it. Thanks!

Pick up a NADS kit at Walmart, Walgreens, or Target. It's easy to use. Easy to clean up. It won't burn your upper lip (I actually had that happen when I went to a Salon...) and it's cheap.

I would go to the salon for the first few times. First off waxing hurts and it seems easier to me for someone else to pull the strip the first few times. After that it doesn't hurt as much. Then I would buy Nads.

Don't bleach I too have seen bad bleach jobs!!

Get it done at a salon and make sure your beautician puts a soothing cream on afterwards. Most of the at home kits don't work too well and don't come with strips.

I would go to a salon first and watch how they remove the hair and ask them to reccomend a product that you can use at home the next time.

sally hansen has creme hair remover for your face it works but you cant leave it on to long or it will burn but as long as you pay attention while you have it on all you do is put it on leave it one for a couple of minutes and wipe and the hair comes off

I got my eye-brows waxed and they look good. Waxing hurts!
But tweezers wont hurt as much you should use tweezers or get those new woman shavers not the ones for legs. Oh and you can also dye your hair on there blond so it wont be noticeable.
